It’s A Perfect Split, A Super Split, A Spotless Split Or Whatever You May Want To Call It

A bizarre stretch-tastic trend is sweeping through China where flocks of ladies have taken to the Chinese microblogging site Weibo to show off their version of a “perfect split” or “spotless split.”

Interest in the stretchy meme was sparked by a college girl when she posted this photo of her doing the splits in a dorm room on Weibo:

Thanks to her spotless split, this Chinese college girl has become an internet sensation, sparkinging a new trend.

The super split caught on, inspiring many girls across China to follow and to post their own versions of a spotless split. Doing the super split requires more effort than planking. But for the ladies with lithe bodies, doing the spotless split seems so casual.  Many lithe ladies have taken the meme one step further by carrying out daily activities like eating, chatting on the phone and hanging out at the office as they attempt the super stretch.
