Fear is false evidence appearing real

It isn’t any big deal

It exists only in the mind

Fear is just a lie you will find.

 

When fear rears its ugly head

Don’t freeze as if you are dead

Deal with it with courage

Don’t be imprisoned by its cage.

Face them like a man

The longer you ignore them

The more you will be damned.

 

Transform fear into action

Never let it dictate your life’s direction
