Girls’ Generation, Make Way For Uncles’ Generation!

I came across this video a while ago and have a hearty laugh watching it. I just have to share it with you all.

The video is a parody of Girls’ Generation’s “Gee” MV that was performed on SMAPxSMAP, a popular weekly Japanese variety show which airs on Kansai TV and Fuji TV. A group of nine men are shown dancing to “Gee” in the video. During part of the video, the men dance against a white background while they wear white shirts and dark jeans, mimicking the Girls’ Generation “Gee” MV. For the second setting,they recreate the clothing store set while wearing tops of various shades and the trademark colorful skinny jeans.

And mind you, they did a real good job!

The video clip was uploaded to YouTube on August 15 and in less than a week, it has gone viral, garnering almost 1.8 million views.
